Cyprus private limited company, registered address 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca,
Cyprus).
HOSTINGER undertakes in its Terms of service to guarantee the confidentiality of Personal
Data processed under their Privacy Policy. Read the HOSTINGER Terms of service.
TEAM-PRRC does not have access to the HOSTINGER cookies policy and cannot modify it.

Personal data:
No personal data is collected by TEAM-PRRC to navigate the public part of the site.
Another part of the site is reserved for members of the association who have completed a
membership form, whose eligibility to become a member has been recognized and whose
membership has been approved.
Members have access to their personal and professional data on their member account and to
their modification.
The publication of the name and the e-mail address of a member in the directory of the
members only takes place with their authorization given at the time of their membership.
Site administrators (The Board of TEAM-PRRC and the subcontractor of IT) have access
to the data and can read and save it for backup purpose themselves, but without any
transmission to a third party.
If subcontractors working on the site can have access to personal data, they undertake not to
disclose any.
Under no circumstances are personal data communicated to third parties other than the
hosting platforms necessary for activities (mainly HOSTINGER) or marketed.
Any question concerning personal data (e.g. communication, modification, deletion …) should
be addressed to the DPO at the address: contact@team-prrc.com


Membership:
You can become a membership by fulfilling a form in www.team-prrc.com and make a
payment for your membership subscription fixed at 250 €.
Your membership is valid until the end of the year (December 31), so you are encouraged to
manage your membership for a whole year, starting at January 1st.


Approbation of TEAM-PRRC administrative documents:
When completing your membership, this means that you approve automatically the Statutes,
tue Code of Ethics and Internal Regulations of TEAM-PRRC. You can find all these
documents in your Member Space.
You will also be invited to attend the Annual General Assembly Meeting where you will have
the right to vote the different deliberations and potential updates and modification of these
administrative documents.

Payments conditions:
You can pay your membership or any other event by credit card using Stripe, or Paypal. In
some exceptions, bank transfer can also be accepted. Cash payment without discount. Bank
checks not accepted.


Member Space:
After payment, you can enjoy your membership through a Member Space. A Forum is
included and reserved for members of the association. You can ask all your questions or share
any experience you wish.
