Who may join TEAM-PRRC ?

All persons who comply with the requisite expertise listed in the article 15 §1 of the MDR and the IVDR may become a member of TEAM-PRRC. When you become a member of TEAM-PRRC, you automatically approve the Statutes of TEAM-PRRC, the internal regulations and the code of ethics. And, you have the voting rights during the General Assembly.

Benefits of Membership

The members can benefit from :

  • Legal assistance when drafting and issuing a contract
  • Access to the training organizations fulfilling the minimum criteria mentioned in the regulations MDR and IVDR
  • Access to helpful procedures and templates including but not limited to Letter of appointment, job description and etc
  • Continuous update about the legal requirements and their interpretations
  • Information on relevant conferences and webinars
  • Access to on-demand mediation in case of internal or external conflicts

Membership Fees :

The membership fees is fixed to 250 € per year. It can only be paid by credit card, or exceptionally by bank transfer (please contact our treasurer for any support). We recommend members to renew their membership between December and February. When the expiry date of the Membership approaches, the member will receive 3 reminders. If the member decides not to renew its Membership, they will no longer have access to the member Space from the expiry date.
