Manufacturer Incident Report (MIR) form (version 7.3.1).

Hi, 

Does anyone knows does the MIR form 7.3.1 is already mandatory to use? EU COM website has a note "New MIR form - mandatory as from 4 months after the date of the publication of the next update of MIR 7.3.1. PDF and related files". Initially, after it was published in May, it had a note  " New MIR form - date of entry into application to be set up at PMSV WG meeting of 21-22 October 2025". Does it means we need to wait for the next update of MIR form and use old one at this moment?
