Hi!  I have a question about offering PRRC as a service to external companies.  For example, what are typical pricing models for this service?  Because the PRRC must be continuously available for the customer, a monthly fee sounds reasonable.  And then because the amount of working time can vary, an hourly rate for work sounds like it would make the most sense as well.

Is this the type of model that is used, and would the monthly fee include some working hours?  I'm really lost as to how this can be done.

I also don't know how much the liability insurance for a PRRC would cost.  There used to be some insurance company mentioned in the Team-PRRC webpages, but I can't find it now. Does someone have that information?

@sandra-hanninen : Hi Sandra, sorry for the late answer. Do not hesitate to send us an email when you don't have any comments or answer from members.

To answer your questions, it depends on a lot of things, on national law, on the risk classification of the product, on what your responsibilities as a PRRC will include, so it's difficult to say, and depending on the country and the activity, rates can vary.
As far as insurance is concerned, we did a lot of work to find a suitable insurance policy for the PRRC, but in the end we gave up because we couldn't find a suitable solution. Professional Civil Liability seems to be sufficient.
